ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Our sports performance training improves functional movement to meet the physical demands of the athlete’s specific sport. We work with athletes to identify and improve upon weaknesses, reduce the risk for injury and build strength, power and endurance. 

Our clients range from Junior, Semi-Professional and Professional athletes to local clients training to obtain specific fitness goals. Athletes from the LPGA, PGA, ATP, ITF, WTA and NCAA trust their athletic training during both the season and off-season to Niels to ensure they are in peak physical condition.
